The Classification of the River Stability using Machine Learning Technique

This research is about classifying the river stability by using the machine learning technique, SVM predictive model. The purpose of using SVM is to predict the stability classes (stable/unstable) of the rivers. Next, feature selection is applied to reduce the features in the given river dataset which aims to increase the accuracy of the prediction done by the SVM model. The result then was compared on prediction using all the attributes and the prediction using selected features obtained from the feature selection.
