Smart Lab Reporting & Response System (SLR2S)

Smart Lab Reporting & Response System is a complete lab management system which aims to provide a better quality of lab service to all the lab users. SLR2S consists of a mobile application, two web application and a backend service. Mobile application and web applications are connected to a backend service for processing the user request and storing user data. The two web applications are Computer Failure Reporting Portal and Lab Management Platform. The Computer Failure Reporting Portal is developed for the lab users to submit a computer failure report. The Lab Management Platform is developed for lab staffs to perform lab management tasks. The mobile application is developed for the lab technician to update computer failure report.
