E-River Complaint System

E-River Complaint System was developed for user to lodge complaint to the government. The complaint may about illegal trash dumping at river or liquid smell waste. Admin need to take action towards the complaint made by residents. Other than that, admin can show announcements about warning for any noticed  natural disaster.
