USM Medical Passport System

USM Medical Passport System is a system that provides medical coverage system to the international students in USM. International students can buy their medical packages through this system and track their medical expenditure. Besides, HEP can perform medical expenditure management, package application management and medical package management through this system whereas staff nurses can perform medical service management and medical expenditure management through this system. Virtual assistant which is a chatbot is also included to answer students' queries about the system. Next, in order to help Pusat Sejahtera to track the medical services acquired by the international students effectively, statistical analysis feature is included in this system.
